FALSE BAY LEISURE BEACH & BIRD WATCHING TOUR
(FULL DAY) We drive all the way to Gordon’s Bay where you have an opportunity to wither walk or swim in this glossy sea under the Kogelberg Mountains. After an hour we will drive Strand Beach. This long white sandy beach is always tempting to walk, play and swim. You can play beach tennis, beach cricket or just relax and tan on this beach. We then leave for the coastal drive along the Muizenberg coast to Muizenberg Beach. We will stop at the Wolfgat nature reserve for Birdwatching, scenery and photo opportunity along this beautiful stretch of road where you can view both the Kogelberg and Table Mountain range surrounding the False Bay Coast. We will then drive to Muizenberg, watch the surfers and Kite surfers strut their stuff on this beach. For lunch we will drive to Kalk Bay to have the famous Kalk Bay Fish & chips and for the Vegetarians, salad and chips. After lunch we drive back to Rondevlei Nature Reserve where Birdwatching is a must. This nature reserve have 4 bird hides and lots of vegetation, hippo’s and other reptiles. After a full day of leisure and birdwatching we make our way back to the city. |
